We race Dinghies most weekends and our MD is on his Beneteau as often as he can get out of the office. We bring many years Underwriting experience and the leadership team are all Insurance qualified, (ACII). Claims are dealt with by our own claims crew. We don’t outsource our claims to call centres. Our claims team are also vastly experienced, and again you might see them afloat at the weekend.
Craftinsure Limited is a privately owned Underwriting Agency and craftinsure.com is a trading name. Craftinsure is owned by Boat owners who are set up the business nearly 20 years ago and Craftinsure now insures over 25,000 boats. We only insure Boats. Craftinsure is a ‘Quote and Buy’ online business, we pass on the cost savings of being online to you as very competitive premiums. We are direct to customers only – we do not deal with brokers or marinas, so you get the savings.

We post advice on our website and use social media to engage with our customers. We aim to ensure our advice is topical so that it's provided at the relevant time.
